OUR STANDARD RATES $45/HR
Once the details about your request has been determined, after an in-person or phone consultation, you will receive a quote for the total due. A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the quoted amount, is required to begin your project. Your remaining balance is due only upon completion and approval of your content.
On average, projects are anticipated to be completed within 2-4 weeks. Any additional requests made after your project has started will delay the anticipated completion time found on your Service Request/Invoice. Hours are recorded and any remaining balance is added to the initial quote at $45 per hour. Weekly or monthly status reports regarding content, time logs, updates, etc., can be sent from Creator to Client upon request. Traveling fees are determined by distance. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Creator.
Premium Websites: $125/mo for your first 12 months
Standard Websites: $75/mo for your first 12 months
Monthly Maintenance includes content monitoring and any formatting or general updates recommended by Creator. You are granted one update request each month including:

Any additional Client requests will be invoiced as such and added to that billing period. If you opt in for Monthly Maintenance assistance, fees begin thirty (30) days from the date of invoice initiation. Any late payments will incur a late fee of 10%. Upon the Creators discretion, non-payment may result in forfeiting content with a buy back option.
This service is to renew annually. Renewal fees will be added to your bill at the end of your first 12 months. You have the option to buy out your site and domain upon request. Quote provided by Creator.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Many SEO firms claims it takes up to 6 months to see results due to factors such as the newness of your site, high ranking competition, few backlinks connected to your site, etc. However, Google can take up to 3 weeks to reposition your business listing, helping your actual website gain more traffic and clicks. It's our job to get you set up and help you along the way.
We utilize tools like Google Console and Google Analytics to track and monitor your listing. We are also certified in Advanced Google Analytics through Google so we are able to measure and optimize your progress.
According to Google, "There are no guaranteed SEO services, rankings or results." No budget or ad spend amount will guarantee your position online. SEO is a constant game of hard work, content creation and keyword usage. However, we are skilled at what we do and know the steps to fully optimize and monetize your business listing. Please allow up to 4 weeks for initial SEO set up. We provide you with detailed information on continuing SEO on your own or you may opt in for Monthly SEO services starting at $199.
Social Media Management
By opting in for Social Media Management, HOBS requires full creative control as a single administrator. Accessibility is limited to the Creator for tracking purposes. Planning, execution and weekly ad spend will be discussed with Client. Your Ad Spend amount is separate from Higher Optics labor hours. Once allotted hours are exhausted, your posting cycle is ceased until your next billing period. Client payments will be tailored to their budget on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Your Project Initiation fee includes your custom Social Media Marketing Plan plus your Priority Surge Session to further discuss the details of your project, up to 90 minutes. We set aside a total of up to 8 hours monthly to run, monitor and optimize your ads (standard management).
Page likes, engagement, conversions and other related analytics are ONLY estimates based off Higher Optics current statistics with our clients. We only provide estimates, no guarantees, but we are confident in our ability to convert online to get your desired results. Working with Higher Optics means you trust our ability to deliver online. We do not provide daily logs unless requested in which additional time needed to provide these stats will be added to your total bill.
Please be advised Facebook can at any time restrict advertising if they feel it does not comply with their policies. Any Facebook disputes or review requests can take up to several weeks to get a response. Unforeseen events such as this is out of our control but we are familiar with the process of contacting Facebook support for help. In the event your ads are not running due to any compliance issues, your ads and ad spend will be paused and allocated accordingly.

Elite Social Media Ads Management requires a total of 15-40 hours per month. It is recommended that those interested in this service have a weekly ad spend budget of $200+.
Website Design and Revamp
Accessibility of web site during construction is limited to the designer until completed. Designer shall treat all projects as confidential. Company may, at its sole option, terminate any or all work outstanding, or any portion thereof, immediately upon written notice. All payments are forfeited.
Website hosting platform is determined by Creator. Sites being revamped are done so through Client's current hosting platform. Upon completion, instructions on relaunching website, transferring domain or information relevant to revamping will be provided to Client.
All Specials & Promotions
If you are taking advantage of any website special or promotion, please be advised HOBS is responsible for designing your website only. Upon completion, your website will be transferred to you as the site owner and you will be responsible for payments. You will receive full instructions on launching your website, creating and purchasing your domain, and choosing the right monthly or yearly plan (see Monthly Maintenance section above).
Content and material such as logos, flyers, advertising graphics, brochures, social media posts, etc., requires full payment to begin project. Up to 2 revisions only (ONLY 1 for special promotions). Additional revision requests will be invoiced at $25 or may require a consultation to be invoiced as a new project.

We will contact you to confirm your project and provide you with an estimate. Once the outline has been approved, you will be sent a copy of the first draft where you MUST provide detailed feedback so we are able to revise the draft and complete your project. Additional revisions will be invoiced at $25 per request.

IN NO EVENT WILL HIGHER OPTICS BUSINESS SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE.
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice to the User. It is the responsibility of the User to periodically check this site for any modifications to the Terms and Conditions. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting.
